Yes, I understand the pros and cons of raising with each equity raise structure and the value that raising equity has in growing a business. I just hope the purpose of this raise is a fundamental value add, instead of a raise for the purpose of adding a cornerstone investor which will dilute existing shareholders. As a long-term shareholder, I would rather sit through short-term share price fluctuations through retail offerings and avoid dilution, than be diluted and forced to buy on market at a higher price.

I know that sometimes it is not feasible to raise through retail, but with WBT I think it is. Historic WBT equity raisings suggest there will be a retail component that will suppress the share price and present an opportunity to accumulate.
