I think all this is a moot point until we know what the "PURPOSE " for this raise is .. that In my opinion is the most important word in the whole announcement .
That's what I'm waiting with anticipation on , what is the purpose of this raising right now ?
There will be a value adding reason I believe , other than having stronger hands on the register .
