It won't be epa because we are at stage 2 and we can't even get any Ann's on epa so far and govt

I don't think it's a cap raise otherwise the ann would have says and don't need $ until we start building.

My best guess would be offtake Ann.
I Don't think delphi are going to sell

Maybe Bruce has resigned? Mmm, wishful thinking.
Apart from unable to meet epa requirements, which I doubt very much, an Ann that affects the sp would likely be a positive one
Or maybe another purchase

Or maybe a takeover bid. Nah, unlikely at this point. IMHO
