There are two things that are ongoing. One is the that the draft ESD is bouncing back and forth between the EPA and the company. The second is the offtake agreement has been waiting on the international borders to open. If the EPA has finally approved the ESD I don't think that would mean a TH. They would, most likely, just announce it. However, an MOU for an offtake to be signed and ratified as soon as borders open could be seen as that important especially if it is big. my opinion only of course ...
