The problem for MEP is and will be the funding of the 25%. At the current or even a 100M MC, Minotaur shareholders are going to get diluted big time. Which means the SP will be under press for years, as more and more shares get issued. Once the GW cashflow comes in, it would be divided up over a extremely large amount of SOI.

Let see what happens.
No matter what. MEP is in play and shareholders short or long term are going to do very well.

I would definitely vote against a 1 for 1 deal if it was in the form of ADN script .
