I reckon they’ve been arguing about what’s in the JV and what isn’t, concrete for instance, and ADN were on tenuous ground and are clearing up the confusion, mainly for themselves. I like the leverage MEP offers for NNT, so not sure this will be the best thing for MEP longer term.
