Agreed. I'm quite looking forward to the finer details. No current need for extra funds unless an acquisition is executed. If people watched the preso they would understand it's the likely reason. Yes there will be share dilution which is never good, but management have a good track record and to do a cap raise at this price is unusual so I'm expecting a rare opportunity is being taken advantage of, and will outweigh any short term downside.
