    Do we know staff numbers?? Almost $10m seems awfully high for such a small company. For a highly professional organisation I would have expected salary costs to be on average no higher than $150k/person which gives us about 70 staff.

    I know they have hired a lot of people lately so we should be seeing the "fruits" of that soon?
