As an average that is almost $190k/person it's rather high for staff costs(salary+ super+ insurances). I led a company of 55 researches and the average staff costs were about $125k/person and little turnover. Either AR9 are highly paid or they have some aging senior dead wood. With such high investment in staff costs we need to see some big contracts coming through to reap rewards assuming majority of staff are in marketing and development.

I'll give them the benefit of doubt for now that this massive staff cost investment is for product development and marketing but if we don't see significant increase in revenue by June 22 I'd have to label it a failed strategy and jump ship.
