Not a stupid question. I would want to see revenue exceed expenses by al least $1M. They are supposedly doing "the big push" into the market with hiring these new (highly paid) staff so should be achievable.
Note also that I said an average of $190k/person. That includes the receptionist, cleaner, data entry person who would be on an annual about $70k/year. For the average to be that high, there must be some costing more than $250k/year.
