What speeding ticket? ASX paused trading ahead of a trading halt requested by the company. There was no "please explain" from ASX about recent price activity (what's referred to as a speeding ticket). I'm an untrained eye, but to me it looked like ASX compliance simply paused trading ahead of putting up the actual trading halt letter. It was a busy time of day.
Re the other posts: bids outside of trading are entirely theatrical.
