Last quarter cash burn was still $355k and for a growth company of this size its best to be looking at the cash in bank instead of looking for it when it's needed.
The 'strategic' and 'associated' wording suggests they will be bringing more to the table than just cash and are linked to the pending distribution agreement. We will find out Monday.
