    So they have used all of 7.1 and a little of 7.1a.
    Still some capacity left if they include sh.
    Add the $7m and we have a good warchest!
    41,304,348 shares means we will have 287m SOI.
    Also, that means it's at a premium to the 20, 15, and 10 day VWAP
    No doubt it will be closed by lunchtime and possibly oversubscribed!
