Nexus Minerals is running a $19 million placement to fund drilling and exploration activities at its Wallbrook gold project in Western Australia.The offer was priced at 46¢ per share, an 8 per cent discount to the last close and 3.1 per cent discount to the five-day volume weighted average price.Nexus plans to issue 41.3 million new shares in single tranche.The funds raised will go towards drilling and exploration at three main prospects (Crusader, Templar and regional ones like Solomon) at Nexus’s Wallbrook tenement in Western Australia, according to the term sheet sent to potential investors.
