    The capital raising is $19m at 46cps.

    20c would not be permissible under ASX listing rules.
    The absolute minimum price is 75% of the three week VWAP which equates to 33.7c
    We all wish it was 20c!

    I'd actually be surprised if it drops back there in the short term given all the news in the pipeline.
