Rp60, putting the distribution agreement aside, IVX is now where IMU started 2015/16. Hard to judge IVX' current SAB, but I dare to say that IMU's SAB back then was already at a higher profile.
All depends on how Photosoft works in human trials and how good the management team is. If the board and SAB are doing a fantastic job, no reason why IVX can't achieve what IMU did.
But answering your question directly, at this stage, I am not 100% convinced.
But even just 50% would make it a great LT investment.
