Great post and I’m sure many posters can relate, especially this end of the market. What is stopping me from selling DRE is the fear that I could be kicking myself if this multi bags. I’m sure they’re many former DEG holders wishing they held on longer on its way up. I’m not comparing DRE to DEG as companies and not saying DRE will be as successful as DEG, but rather using an example of selling out too quickly. It remains to be seen what DRE can do in the next 12-18 months. At the very least I would like to hold for 12 months so I can get the capital gains discount. I only purchased last month at 3.6 so I’m feeling really good with this stock. Looks like we have the goods…great assets, great resources and terrific management that provides constant and informative updates.

Of course always do your own research and due diligence.
