There must be some other developments happening here to do with the cap raise.
They raised just over 4m in april for memory and their quarterly cash burn rate was between 300k - 400k a quater so they would still have plenty of funds considering they havent started any construction on the TEPP. They also have an aproved loan facility for 50% of the construction costs.
Maybe some investors want in. Fertilizer is on a tear at the moment.
