    I never short sell, I find the concept ghoulish.

    Glad to see you are a buyer in the sentiment section. I'll wait to see whether the insurer pays up, how much, what remedial action Worksafe requires, the lead time for any replacement capital equipment but I'm sure you've got that all covered.
