The rights issue is for you if your in Australia I believe.
CR are usually for SOFs as they don’t have to issue a prospectus.
If you want to become a SOF talk to your accountant as it’s a simple documentation process from them if you have a bit of cash invested across the market, then contact the company/s and say you want to part of future CR but they will need to see that note from your accountant.
