yeah that makes sense. Holding another stock that did better by raising in 2 tranches at higher price with 2nd tranche subject to approval at their agm. So they could’ve done it if they wanted to (though sp stalls, at least less dilution as u said) but more $ for friends n family who’d have all sold out when they got the whiff of it.
