sf120 I believe you may be correct in light of the pending patenting confirmation in new year. Plenty of positive news of late and trading halts - No loose lips around any of them - expect this to be very good also.
The mines and minerals committee meeting held last Friday suggests in the paragraph on MTR that the committee is simply adding the additional CDA changes to be inclusive in the DA. Pretty strait forward and drafting of such all but completed as advised - once finalized we should be able to sign off on the DA - explains the delay in my view - the extra CDA requirements being incorporated into DA agreements.
