Agree there bene449 - Stephens will not be leaving and yes pretty quiet and yes I thought the same re finance partner - however I'm unsure on that as the 2 majority holders have been at this way to long to give up a stake of any size - debt finance (quick payback) is way to go offering little dilution and best outcome for major 2 and all share holders. Bringing in a major partner possible but I don't think top 2 need to at this stage especially if DA not finalized and they do not know if Malawi Govt will take extra 10% stake option - or at this low premium - still - project finance security all important.
Longshot - Malawi Govt to exercise that extra 10% invested option - I would be extremely please for such. That is significant news if so and well worthy of a TH.
