Strategically this could be a great move, however I'll reserve full judgement until KSN release their preso fully outlining their strategy. Also interesting to see the Strong Buy online is by Cannacord and wonder if they are underwriting the Placement or just raking some fees. I think 2ic may be right, Misima is a long road to hoe. This raises a lot of money if they go to SPP next.
Record date of that will determine if it rises or falls after Trading commences again.
