This is pretty crap that the company secretary didn't know the rules around the notice requirements and worse that their corporate advisors didn't pick up on it either.. not impressed! Not here for amateur hour, they better get their sh** together.. this is not just an admin error, it is a serious compliance failure hence court action required. Quick way to burn cash.. #ffs
