I don't want to harp on it.. but there is a big difference between a cleansing notice and a requirement for prospectus.. its not a simple disclosure document that has not been lodged, its a complete misunderstanding of the disclosure requirements and opens the company to investor legal action against it because the relevant documentation was not given on issuance of the share options.. the likelihood is low, particularly as the SP has appreciated, but the court can suspend the shares until the appropriate disclosure document is prepared and issued (which in truth, I would be interested to see what they would put in such a prospectus). Anyway, transaction is done.. they will have to work through it.. but a prospectus is not an overnight affair to prepare..
