I heard SRJ is pushing to have the details agreed with relevant stakeholders, particularly the target company, investors (for the cap raise) and ASX, subject to shareholders' and regulators' approvals, by this Friday (announced within 24 hours too).

With the understanding that by items 1 & 2 you were referring to the acquisition and the cap raise, I understand they are being arranged simultaneously. I would imagine completion of one would be of the Condition Precedent's ("CP") of the other - i.e. legal documentations of both items are prepared and amended simultaneously, then once all parties are happy, all documentations will be executed on the same day, and announced to market.
