Hi @Christian209166, as mentioned in my post at 10.29 19/11 above, given this would a major transaction which materially change the company's profile (size, operation, capital structure, etc.), I suspect SRJ will need to complete the cap raise, the acquisition and initial business integration, then re-apply for quotation in the ASX. In short, suspension would remain in place until late Feb / early March I think.

Indeed I just heard last night announcement will come around today or tomorrow detailing (i) the acquisition (ii) the cap raise and (iii) next step and expected timeline. I also heard Misui's participation in the cap raise is still the biggest pending item; however, other anchor insto investor(s), including the existing ones, are ready to pick up the parcel if Mitsui can't make it this round. Cap raise would be at premium.
