P.s. for those of us who have complained about the lack of details from previous announcements and management's lack of interest in creating shareholder value, please reconsider. Alex owns cir. 30m CDI's; so $1 change in share price means $30m for him. He and management would want to complete this any less than shareholders do. Plus the standard confidentiality restriction would not allow management to give away any more infor prematurely. Anyway, hope the announcement does come around this week so we can put our minds at ease.
