Not a fan of throwing in these 1:4 options for no reason at all! Effectively raising at near 35c when you add in the free option which will certainly be exercised.
31/05/2021 release Beam says it will fund Europe JV expansion from existing resources so change of tune here.
Overall seems to be OK and not all that dilutive, just hate when it is large investors then they keep selling their shares for stag profits and holding the share price down for a while.
