That’s an excellent point Chuxa. We know the quarterly will be strong but trying to be picky with placements and pricing is not a perfect science. I’ve seen it go wrong before.

As @Veecat has pointed out this will attract new investors, increase liquidity and build greater interest into our small company. In the ST though, the offset is pushing up to a blue sky level in the SP will be delayed as we’ll need to deal with weak hands in the book. It could be an opportunity for some to finally get their last fill wherever this lands post CR though.

From a valuation point of view I need to account for more dilution but most if not all of the uses are productive and probably accelerate some of the future growth. I’ll re-run numbers when this closes.

ALSO, if you also read the term sheet again there is some new info which is pretty exciting
1. They are going to start R&D on the next generation Zoleo device - I’d love to know what features this will have. There’s no point investing in a new device unless it has a step change in functionality and/or it increases ARPU
2. Beam want to integrate more API’s into the device, which might be linked to the next generation Zoleo but allows other companies to invest and operate their best in class features to drive growth, increase use and improve revenue. This should be highly accretive and is clever thinking.

Finally, Michael has mentioned acquisitions before. It gets another mention so clearly they have something in mind. It will be interesting to see what it is.
