My (biased) prediction is that we will see BCC open with a sell-off to .44 or below and then rise quickly (over weeks time) either to pre-CR level or well past it.
The risk here is understanding what are the investment targets for PEAK, are they targeting 25% rise in SP or are chasing pips and will sell into the growth the moment we rise past .50? A large holder like that can be a real detriment or a real asset to a company depending on the horizons of their holding strategy.
