- Technically they are in the clear with EU expansion "beyond UK & 1 EU Nation" I'll assume it's Germany, and they'll be quickly going to France, Switzerland and Nordic countries. Language of course makes things a little more complicated
- Accelerating into other markets - great
- ZOLEO 2.0 almost certain to be a Certus enabled device with increased bandwidth to enable richer comms - pictures, voice & video(?)
- API's & SDK's (very exciting) the mind boggles - I can think of some amazing use cases
- I have no idea who they would want to acquire
I'm certainly surprised by the raise, I'd say disappointed at the discount and the fact there is no SPP component. The latter no so much given, it's consistent with how they've raised previously.
An appeal to the top option holders could have seen a nice inflow, and raising at $0.50 would all but guarantee their execution anyway.
I wasn't around last time they raised at $0.25 but I believe they traded between $0.25 - $0.39?
On the positive side it should increase volume and a larger company is good.
