All this raise is to fill the pockets of there mates as they have no hope to get a decent fill on market.
5 million in the bank and they need a raise for Europe with a positive cash flow quarter makes no sense.
Raise capital when you find a acquisition would make more sense.
Like the fundamentals but should have offered to loyal shareholders if they really needed the money.
