Hmm, did not see this one coming and did not think this was required so my thoughts are:
1. This can be positive if the following or some of the following apply:
a. The discount price is not too much.
b. They sight a reason such as launching a new product, making a small acquisition, rapid expansion.
c. It brings instos to the register or is run by a broker who may initiate coverage.
2. Could be negative if seems to be for no apparent reason, they seemed to be cashed up well enough I thought with the flood of JV profits about to also start.
