With the case dismissed RVR's cash position after paying the balance of the original judgement plus costs and allowing for the $2.5m deposited before the end of the last quarter , would effectively be in the region of $5-7m from the start of this quarter.
This quarter will add $X amount to that and we still have the $20m facility avaliable with future Royalties extinguished..spending will be minimal leading up to the start of Syndicate, development costs will be reducing at Far West and we won't have another $5.6m payment for an environmental bond so cash has a chance to build.
Basically its a different way of paying what we owed in the first place and finally we will have it dealt with.
