Unfortunately, since that Ann ,the spot price of V205 has been dropping and is now at US$7.60 , and with the slow down in steel production in China, I think it would be a good move to sell now ,we would be required to finance 25% of start up ,and not see a return for 1-2 years .
Better to use funds for mill .
