If HRZ is selling its interest in the project the deal usually involves retaining some exposure to the project either through money and shares in the entity buying or shares and a royalty.
Securing funds could advance further exploration at Nimbus or elsewhere.
The announcement doesn't read as a transaction for the total project but it could potentially be possible as HRZ may only be able to comment on its 25% stake.
Either way hopefully the share price can rise more than 2c in a day.
