    "The company requests an immediate trading halt pending an announcement regarding a transaction in relation to Horizons 25% interest in the Richmond Vanadium project"

    Ok, this was not expected in the quarterly plans! Are we going for 50% or a higher stake with Richmond Vanadium Technology? Or has a third party become involved?
