The problem you're going to run into is, if they are looking for a buyer and they are threadbare when (if) the chip arrives, any single buyer will be able to run down the clock to desperation. So then you're talking about whether the extra 5% or so dillution would lead to a more than 5% better outcome as a result of not being desperate when working on a transaction.
I suspect it's something like a 15-25% run. I suspect they'll try to get as much as they reasonably can. What are retail shareholders going to do, sell in protest and eat an even bigger loss?
