The way it’s structured with a cap of $30k, it works in favour of the smaller shareholders. So the “dilution” is borne by the biggest shareholders - Tillet the CSO, Cullity the Chair and the former founder who has been consistently selling at $3.30.
It’s genius actually, for small shareholders who participate it’s almost like a direct payment from the BOD. I don’t mind a board that looks after the little guy and gets on getting shit done.
