seems a lot of people on HC are unhappy with the raise.
Any chance to pick up shares for existing holders at $3 will be a gift soon enough, the price might drop and will be short lived.
Our trusted and proven board needed to raise cash for the latest development and would have multiple options to achieve this. They have once again looked after share holders as they have previously.
The decision would have been assessed from all sides with two things in mind - look after investors, maximise returns.
