A SPP was mentioned during the Chairman's address. I remember Dr Tillett mentioning in the past that he's generally not a huge fan of SPP's as people tend to flip their shares and it puts downward pressure on the share price in the near term. It makes me think/hope that there will be something extra interesting regarding this capital raise.
