Honestly if you had left it alone, the SP would have tested $4 and probably made new highs this week but NO, this is the managerial equivalent of taking a 10% profit in a 100% rally.
They could have raised at a higher SP meaning more capital and/or less shareholder dilution.
Not impressed.
It's like leaving money on the table.
