Maybe BRN are making a bold strategic step in saying, since they are the only ones with commercial neuromorphic product, that Valeo has dishonoured the NDA by stating they can learn without the cloud. Business partnerships are never immune to power struggles. Perhaps someone at BRN has seen an opportunity to challenge an NDA based on empiric evidence. Valeo have staked a claim over the edge. The empiric evidence shows, possibly, that Valeo is skinny dipping in BRN's moat...
