I addressed this earlier today after much thought. I don't think they could say "material" unless there is a financial figure attached to it. It could be that they are playing it safe so as not to get caught up in ASX compliance issues, because chances are they won't be releasing details of the financial impact. That's just my speculation on a possible reason anyway.
