Those who want a retail component check out BCC - it has just dragged it on and share price is 10% below price anyway so May not even be taken up. Quick painless and to sophisticated or instos the way to go.
I read someone spoke to the company and it will be all to an insto or instos so hopefully a fund manager who won’t be selling on market at all. And May even top up on market to boost position.
Comparisons to IOU are laughable as we are growing revenue quickly here and have a scalable high margin product. BNPL has hardly been proved to be profitable, fraught with funding risks and prone to bad debts. Good luck there.
