The initial halt announcement never has the reason! You are showing how little you know here, there will be a subsequent announcement with details I would imagine. Terms of the raise, is there a retail component and the purpose of the funds even if it is working capital to fuel unforeseen and rapid growth which has kicked in to gear in the last 3 weeks. Large companies can be reluctant to also deal with us if we are not well funded - I am confident there is rationale here and reiterate continued revenue growth and we will keep rising.
As for this is a 'scam' company form another poster - unless the TCV is made up and 4C is fraudulent not sure hos there is any scam. And if Directors want to sell some to buy a sweet hose or something so be it.
