I find it to be quite common and normal there is no details given when the first halt occurs - same happened for BCC recently and 4DX which I also hold. There will definitely be some further detail in due course so the fact posters are crating hysteria here when it is normal shows blatant down ramping.

The director could have just sold on market over the next week at 25c if wanted to so really see no reason why there is a need for a CR to assist so it is just timing. If anything they are selling themselves short if selling at 20c! There is massive volume so to offload 12 million shares at 25c would have been no issue. So again creating panic and stories which don't exist.
