The T & Cs need to be really good to back the BFS and securing the loan facility on favourable terms. As was stated in the September Quarterly Report - "Delivering on an offtake agreement where LCK gets the benefit of the increase in urea prices rather than an offtaker has been front and centre in our discussions with offtakers."
